1. Appointments and Walk-ins

●Walk-ins: Walk-in customers are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability. Priority is given to customers with appointments.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
●Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
●Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service to fit the remaining time slot.
3. Health and Safety

●Health Conditions: Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or infections prior to your appointment. Clients with contagious conditions may be refused service.

5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
●Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will offer a complimentary correction.
●Guarantee: All services are guaranteed for 4 days. Please inform us prior to coming.

●Respect: Clients and staff are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We have the right to refuse service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.

●Valuables: Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

●Evacuation: In case of an emergency, follow the staff's instructions for evacuation. Familiarize yourself with the nearest exits upon arrival.
